    Delegates Lane, Walters and Armstead move to amend the joint resolution on page two, line nineteen following the word “same” by inserting the words “; provided further, that no funds raised by any such levy may be used for the funding of any abortion or of abortion related services.”

    And,

    On page three, line four following the word “same” by inserting the words “; provided further, that no funds raised by any such levy may be used for the funding of any abortion or of abortion related services.”
